Fenfluramine is used to treat seizures associated with Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in children and adults aged 2 years and older.

Do not use fenfluramine if you are allergic to fenfluramine or any ingredients in the medication. Do not use if you have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors within the last 14 days, as this increases the risk of a serious condition called serotonin syndrome.
