Used to treat partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month and older, and as an add-on therapy for myoclonic seizures in patients 12 years and older and primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 6 years and older. Given by intravenous injection when oral medication is temporarily not possible.

Do not use if you are allergic to levetiracetam or any ingredient in this medication. Serious allergic reactions including anaphylaxis and swelling of the throat have occurred.
