Ixekizumab is used to treat moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in patients aged 6 years and older who need systemic therapy or phototherapy. It is also used in adults with active psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis that shows signs of inflammation.

Do not use ixekizumab if you have had a serious allergic reaction (such as anaphylaxis) to ixekizumab or any ingredients in this medicine.
